1. They checked us in way early, moving our room (from one with a great view to one with an obstructed view, which was fine with us, and which they told us would have to happen if we wanted a room immediately).

9. When I asked the front desk they said they had a regular room on the main floor (with no high ceilings and no views of the grand lobby that we paid extra for) but they didn't offer any refund.
