8. However, starting with being given an upgraded room overlooking the interior of the hotel, to room service being delivered in 15 minutes (we were quoted 30 minutes when we ordered), to just the overall friendliness of all the staff.

10. We did not visit the hotel restaurant as it was pricey, there are many great eateries around though and we did use the room service as well which was good.
