1. I found front desk staff to be friendly, and the people at the restaurant and bar were very helpful and friendly.

2. Rooms: Spacious living area (sofa, chair, work desk); fridge, coffe pot, daily supply of coffee and tea; carpet is worn and oddly the upholstery of the sofa and chair (although of nice quaity) do not matchBedroom spacious with fairly comfy bed, TV, mirrored vanity area, wifi for a fee; again, curtains and wall borders do not matchBathroom well appointed with hair dryer, great towels, Crabtree & Evelyn shapoo, conditioner, lotion; near full-size bar soapsFront Desk is exceptionally nice; very friendly check-in and check-out.

3. The location is a little too far to comfortably walk to the most touristy part of Nashville-the foot of Broadway, Ryman Theatre, country bars, etc.- but the hotel had a very efficient shuttle service that was perfect for us.

7. It was not our least expensive choice for area hotels but the ammenities were well worth it; large, two room suites, the open bar and appetizers Saturday night, FULL complementary breakfast Sunday morning, the free shuttles to and fro downtown ( about 5-10 minutes ) and the super friendly staff made it all worthwhile.
