8. Water drip from ceiling smoke detector, dirty stained ripped carpet, dirty arms on upholstered furniture, caved in glass on desk top, bathroom door hanging on 2 of 3 hinges so it does not close, sloppy caulk patch of marble shower, heavily water stained headboard, buckled walls in bathroom.
