1. Everyone was very friendly, helped answer questions and gave great suggestions for restaurants and best way to downtown.

2. A big plus was that the whole hotel was non smoking and the staff was very friendly, located no far from downtown Nashville which was a plus for us also.

5. This was our 2nd trip to Nashville and the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel-the first time we stayed for 3 days before the CMA festival started and then moved to a Downtown hotel.

7. But we did rent a car to get to other places and its only 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, the Hermitage, the Zoo, etc so it's location is perfect for a Nashville get-away.
