1. I'm really puzzled by some of the bad reviews because the rooms are always clean when I go in, sheets changed daily, bathrooms clean, and the breakfast is wonderful.

2. The beds were comfortable but no high count bed sheets (none expected), the pillows were basically what I consider camping pillows and the towels were adequate but not plush.

5. The bad: The sheets / pillows / towels strongly smelled like that cheap bleach / detergent combo, the finish of the rooms (the bathroom counter had little aluminum legs, cheap furniture, etc), the bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was scant and the food was below economy level food.
