1. As for us, our only complaint was to the housekeepers directly, but they did at least help by giving us the use of their plunger and extra towels, so they did their job sort of.

7. I did read the bad reviews about this hotel and figured that for one night it couldn`t be that bad but when the service that has been promised doesn`t follow through in the end I believe that it`s time for this hotel to hand in the towel with their Park and Fly service.

9. Even with all the lamps on the room is very dark, I saw old stains on some of the towels, the ironing board cover is dirty, and there is only ONE available outlet in the room (excluding the bathroom) so I have to pick what I plug in.
