7. The AC and room comfort items need some attention, carpets are not worn, but dirty, lobby is OK and attractive for a hotel like this one from what we seen, bathroom small, but besides the hot water issue, functional.

9. The bathroom has no vanity just a sink, nothing to put you accessories on!:( Lobby is in great condition so is the restaurant all employees are friendly.
