5. Two weeks before our wedding we are told by a customer service rep that our Shuttle was never booked (even though we called and confirmed the service when we paid for the room several months before), because we didn't block off a specific amount of rooms.

Well, when we originally booked the room we had asked if we needed to block off rooms to get the shuttle service for the wedding, and the sales rep said 'Its cheaper if you book your rooms individually and not block off rooms, especially if you do not know the number of people that will book the room.
