8. stayed overnight before flying from MIA back to UKWere given a 2x double queen bed room, ground floor looking at car parkpostives: -free wifi-comfortable bed-free parking-free breakfast & hot drinks-location only 25 minutes drive from miami airportnegatives:- reception staff very unfriendly, did not welcome us or tell us anything about the hotel amenities just checked us in and didnt even greet us with a hello!, good job we have stayed in hampton inns before and know about breakfast times etc.-rooms a bit shabby and need repainting-nice pool area and hot spa, but was not clean had a layer of scum lining the waters when we stayed, shame as a lovely sized pool and patio area-no guest laundry-overpriced, not usual hampton quality probably worst hampton ever stayed inwould i stay here again?no thankyou.
