1. Cheaper than corresponding hotels in Miami downtown (city center), but quite far from it, and very good if you are just landed from Europe and the the after you got to drive to Key West like me.

4. We needed a decent place to stay for one night- its about 20 min from downtown near a mall, but it's a straight shot down the highway and this place is very very clean, fairly new hotel, comfortable, great breakfast and there are some great little restaurants in strip malls nearby.

5. It is located a short distance from both the Dadeland mall (nicely appointed mall with Nordstrom, JC Penneys, Saks and Florida's largest Macys as anchors) and metro station which goes into downtown Miami.
