5. You need a car to get somewhere far but by bus you can be on the South beach Miami in hour, the metro-bus station is close and all the people in Miami nice.

PROS:-Hampton beds & linens (fitted sheets, clean duvette cover)-quiet location & room-clean & maintained facility-bathrooms maintained (not new)-next to Dadeland Mall (very big shooping mall, Saks, Nordstroms etc.)-best featrue is price$$CONS:-hard to find-furniture is used and fabric on chairs, cushions stained-it is is south Miami and if you are going to Maimi Beach be prepared to drive.
