1. The beds are soft and the rooms are spacious, the bathroom are big and they have the best shower with a lot of pressure.

8. Housekeeping isn't up to four seasons standards, a robe with a big stain, today no robes, a past guest's brazil nut on the floor when I arrived, soap at the sink none in the shower, and housekeeping on the phone is insolent and not accommodating (evening shift).
