4. Having stayed at Four Seasons all over the world, it simply seems that the owners in Miami have run out of money, the general manager can't get the job done, or both.

5. When we checked out they didnt even charge us for that night, it was five days later and to be honest we had forgotten it as soon as the noise was stopped, but the front desk wouldnt take the money off the card.
