6. I loved the twice daily room refresh, I`m embarrassed to say I took the big bath soap to take home and found they replaced that when I returned to my room in the afternoon.

10. The gym is the best hotel gym I have used; hotel staff offered our two young kids toys when we arrived; personalized bath sponges for the kids left in the bath area; excellent service at every turn; the pleasure of staying in the tallest building in Miami, and the list of positives goes on.
