1. The lobby is great, the rooms are great, the restaurants are great, the views of the Misssissippi are great, the neighborhood is fantastic ( great little grocery store down the block), but it's really the staff and management's attitude that really did it for me.

6. I would strongly recommend this hotel for someone wanting the peace and quiet of an upscale neighborhood, and the amenities of the Peabody Hotel ( a ZOO, BTW - people EVERYWHERE!).

9. Also, we met a friend who lives in Memphis for dinner (we went to the Hotel-recommended Rendevous bbq - great!) and she said that we definitely made a good choice in terms of neighborhood safety.
