6. Once I walked out the building I walked pass someone (I'm assuming the housekeeping staff) It was not the prettiest day but she smiled and said 'Good Afternoon' as she walked pass and when people at least acknowledge a guest is walking pass I notice things like this.

8. It was well after midnight, so I made the call in the morning AND spoke to the young lady at the front desk requesting all new towels and a replacement of the duvet cover, as well as for housekeeping to address the smell, the running toilet, and the damaged lamp shades.
