1. The front desk staff were very pleasant , two of the staff namely Cade and Brendon were very helpful and as I arrived on an early flight from Australia they made every effort to ensure that I had a check-in before the usual 3pm.

2. The restaurant was closed before 10 p.m., even though it's hours are posted til 10:30 p.m. The parking is ridiculously expensive, but the valet's are the only friendly, courteous staff in the hotel.
