3. My negatives are that the restaurant does not open in the evening which is a shame and could do well and the gym equipment is very old and the air con doesnt work in there, but that was good for me.

8. The carpets were stained, wallpaper peeling off, dank and musty smelling, the vending machines were empty on all floors I ventured to and the ice machines I went to on the 3rd and 4th and 5th floor were empty, the gym hours indicated in the in-room booklet say they are open 24 hours.

10. the sign on the door of the gym says open 6am-9pm and the front desk told me they open at 8:30am (I was never able to get in) and then on another day the front desk rep told me the gym is closed because the hotel room below the gym was occupied and the use of the gym would disturb the guest.
