7. This small added cost was well worth it considering the hundreds of dollars per night we were saving compared to downtown hotels such as the Ocean Key or the Westin, both of which I checked out while we were there; they were nice, but, in my opinion, not worth the extra money.

9. Finally, you can sign up for all sorts of activities--like renting a bike, cheaply and easily in the hotel lobby (bike rental cost $10 for four hours and was right outside the front door).
