1. The pool was adequate, had a good supply of towels and a nice bar, but we used to go to Dante's on Caroline Street which is a bar with a large pool, lots of shade, and so long as you ordered lunch/drinks you could stay there all day.

2. The room was a little dated but it was in keeping with the hotel and it was very clean and the bathroom was also good, spotless, lots of towels, good shower pressure.

4. In addition, as priority club members not only did we receive the upgrade, but the managers delivered a handwritten note to the room welcoming us and offering to help in any way, as well as we received turn down service and fresh towels when we were out to dinner.

6. Towels are fine, but the housekeeping staff took the bathmat the first morning and never replaced it; they also forgot to replace face cloths and didn't restock toiletries or replace the coffee cup that was missing our entire stay.
