4. We all met there each evening before dinner to share what we did all day.

5. In addition, as priority club members not only did we receive the upgrade, but the managers delivered a handwritten note to the room welcoming us and offering to help in any way, as well as we received turn down service and fresh towels when we were out to dinner.
