2. The answer I got from the reservation desk was: 'Yes, sure!' However, when I arrived, I learned that they do not have what I needed but they were able to quickly find a substitution - a luxury room on the top floor, which was a great deal.

3. Since we were on the 2nd floor right by the elevators we heard alot of foot traffic but it wasnt anything we couldnt deal with.

4. Good sized rooms, especially if you can do a little deal with front desk and manage an upgrade (much easier if not visiting in US peak season).
