1. Maybe because we were the last room on the hall, but we always seemed to short something, coffee, popcorn, towels, soap, lotion, etc. Overall, Homewood is great for families withe kitchenette and them doing your grocery shopping, but this is not one of their better properties.

2. Our hotel room`s towel racks were barely attached to the wall and the iron mount was only half way on the wall.
