To most, the easy thing would be to call the
front desk
and ask to move, but when you're traveling with a 2.5 year old, that's not the most convenient option.

and they promptly sent maintenance.

Latoya called the
front desk
and I spoke with her again and tried to explain that it was not the room I was in and should could verify that with her staff,She continued to yell in the phone that she would put me out,she advised my guest`s and I to go into the room and do not come out.

We hunted down the
front desk
clerk who found a key since the sign said it was open until 10pm, however, I did not feel that the conditions were quite sanitary since there was red caution tape around the?filled dirty hot tub and the shower to rinse off for the pool was not working.

In addition the clock in the room was set to a different time which the

clerk said that they would fix in the morning since it wasn?t the kind one could reset without a screwdriver.
