6. once we brought this to their attention we were given a new room a $20 discount on our nights stay, some water,malt balls and trail mix,access to the concierge room that was closed all the times we could use it ,continental breakfast, and then a refrigerator that also didn't work.

7. The concierge has the usual `secret handshake` arrangements with one cab company which means that a taxi might arrive 30 minutes after you ask for one.
