2. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (always a plus for me as a business traveler, since really the only time I spend in the hotel is to sleep), the bathroom amenities were much better than previous Marriott experiences, and the front desk staff was great - even when I arrived at 1:45am.

5. For one there was a rusted bottle opener bolted behind the bathroom door and the toilet seat was discolored and cheap - didn't match the toilet.
