3. The building exterior is inviting but the interior; wall paper falling off walls, carpets soiled and mildewed, old appliances-refrigerator and microwave- siiting in the hallway which is firecode violation, no counters in bathroom, mirrors along one wall in bedroom, a loud party in the next room upon arrival at 11pm.
