1. Check out was painless and if I had to stay overnight before an early morning flight out of JAX I would check this hotels prices but without it being an amazing deal I would probably look elsewhere.

2. After being charged on the way to the airport, I called the hotel to find out what the deal was, and they insisted that it was free and I should not have been charged.
