When we asked for another room, the clerk refused and when we told them we were leaving , the manager said to the clerk (right in front of us) 'Go check the room to make sure they didn't do anything to it!' We had stayed here previously, about a year ago, and had sworn never to go back for the very same reasons, but had not realized it was the same place until we got there.
