1. The check-in was quick and pleasant, the room is clean and adequately stocked (although the towels are a bit thin), the furniture is nice (looks fairly new), and the bed comfortable.

4. I was not aware of the location since I have never been to Houston so when we drove up and found the check in window open and the guy was in a security cage I wondered how safe my kids and I were.
