5. Dull boring area in a city full of things to do.

6. There is a big selection of restaurants in the area, but if you prefer, there is a large Kroger Superstore within 2 miles so you can just stock up the in-room fridge and use the microwave to heat things up.

7. The immediate block surrounding the hotel is industrial, but if you go 3 or 4 blocks in any direction, it becomes a quite pleasant residential area.
