1. I was only there for one night, and found the check-in staff decent enough, in that, 'we're being paid to be friendly' manner that you expect from a big hotel.

The inter terminal airport train stops at the hotel, so the distance from your hotel room to the check in counter is just a few minuets allowing you to sleep later, take your time and have have a leisurely morning workout, shower, breakfast, etc rather than the normal rush routine which was a wounderful refreshing change of pace before my long flight to Tokyo.
