1. If I am less pressed for time I stay at the more cost-effective airport Springhill Suites via shuttle, free internet, free breakfast, etc..

8. We had a problem with our TV and not only did the maintenance person show up quickly but because it took awhile to fix the problem, he offered to move us to another room AND gave us free breakfast coupons.
