7. (Obviously, due to the 'bi-level' part of the description, I understood that one room would only be accessible by stair, but I didn`t realize the ENTIRE SUITE would be.

8. We booked a bi-level suite with three beds, and were not told until we arrived that all of these rooms are on the second floor.

10. we received a medical rate as our son had the surgeries and w/that rate, we got a suite(the suite was a tiny bit run down but we could see where many of the suites were in the process of being remodeled.
