Directions were given but they forgot to tell us the gate in that direction was closed for the night, but on arrival tto the room, had a voicemail message from the

asking if we needed anything else.

, the assistant manager by the name of Hattie Gateway(?) said they are too busy and if we are not happy we are more than welcome to leave.
