I checked in, went to the room and -no joke- the lock was off the hinge, the AC was broken (it was 90+ degrees during our visit), the towels were dirty with holes in them, the lamp was caked with dirt as well as coffee like stains, and best of all we found a bug actually crawling in the bed when we inspect the bed sheets after removing the covers.
