5. One nice touch (especially in hot, humid Houston) is that they offer ice water in the lobby throughout the day.

6. The only negatives, which wouldn't prevent me from staying again, were the lack of available plugs for charging electronics (I like to use my cell phone as an alarm clock and I like to read it in bed) and insufficient seating in the lobby/breakfast area.

8. Wireless internet didnt work on the 6th floor, which is where i stayed, so I had to either move rooms, or go to the lobby to use my laptop.

9. There were warm cookies available in the lobby both evenings I was staying there, and apparently this property has a more elaborate Manager's Reception Tuesday & Wednesday evenings, but I was there the wrong days.
