1. You can get some great deals - using points or paying - in between Thanksgiving and Christmas, as it's one of the slowest travel periods of the year (another great time is Halloween week FYI!).

2. My only beef with this property on this stay was that the check in staff sort of ignored our request on our Hilton Honors profile for a high floor room but it's not a deal breaker.
