3. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast fare with cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pre-packaged eggs and sausage and a make your own waffle bar.

4. Staff at the desk are very attentive, and they don't overlook the little touches: warm cookies, fresh coffee, fresh fruit, extra towels, etc. They even place a candy bar and water bottle in room to greet you.
