6. Overall, it was a nice stay but they need to work on their valet policy and put up a sign so guests will know that after a certain hour, take your keys to the front desk.

7. When we went to the front desk to inquire, we overheard the employee tell another guest that after a certain hour, valet is handled through the front desk.

8. We found out later that the 1st vehicle had left the keys in the ignition for valet but because they didn't hand them to the front desk employee, security threatned the guest that the vechicle would be towed.

9. We saw the same front desk staff daily and most it seemed were on 12 hour shifts or very dedicated to the hotel.

10. I had to return to the front desk on three occasions to have the card rekeyed and on the other occasion the front desk staff had to come to the parking garage to let me out as there was no one in the booth over the weekend.
