1. When I went down to the desk to request an updated bill, I mentioned that I didn't recieve what I ordered and the concierge didn't apologize or ackowledge my comment, printed a bill including the breakfast and asked me to turn in my key.

2. I tend to stay at Hilton/Marriott/Westin brand hotels, and this hotel fit the bill as to close to the Medical Center hospitals including BCOM, MDACC Texas Children's Hospital, Lutheran Hospital etc.While the lobby was small, the rooms were generous size.

3. When I gave the receipt to the front desk at check out, the agent did take off the $10 that was remaining from our breakfast bill from the morning before.
