Used the Hyatt Place-for the first night of our holiday in Texas-took a bit of time to find it as hard to see from the sam houston parkway-when we did get there we found a most pleasant hotel-service was excellent in checking in and follow up service- we were provided a map to local mall etc and details of best routes for our next days travel.

4. There always seemed to be plenty of staff in the lobby area which also has a small bar and restaurant and i never saw any guest wait for service, the staff were courteous and efficient BRAVO a hotel which gets it and gets it right.
