3. They even offered to drive us to a restaurant for dinner (as there was no hotel restaurant) and told us to call when we were done so they could come and pick us up in the shuttle.

4. Instead of trying to enjoy a drink and perhaps food in the chaotic lobby/bar area, the shuttle transported us to a local restaurant and picked us up again when called.

6. An added bonus is the cajun restaurant that shares the same parking lot as the hotel- yummy gumbo and charbroiled oysters.

7. Nice touch since some people (like myself) don't like dining at the hotel (there are several of the Houston 'faves' nearby including the Pappas family restaurants and yes, even a Whataburger).

8. It started with Louis who picked me up from the airport and proceeded to tell me all about the hotel on my way there including the fact that they'll drive you to any restaurant (or other place) within a five mile radius.

9. The area right by the hotel is kind of a business district, but I was not able to find many restaurants nearby.

10. There always seemed to be plenty of staff in the lobby area which also has a small bar and restaurant and i never saw any guest wait for service, the staff were courteous and efficient BRAVO a hotel which gets it and gets it right.
