1. At half the cost of comparable mid-range chains, this property was great.

2. Our tires were stollen off of our rental car in the parking lot because they said their 'security guard' went home early!(Cost us $500 from our deductable on our insurance) Then one of the employees told me the General Manager of the Hyatt's flew into town and called this place 'Gunspoint', the policeman that came told us to GET OUT OF GUNS POINT.

4. I am sure it costs a few $$$ more than other brands on that strip from the airport but value for money and comfort and safety could not be improved upon the price tag.

5. OR book a Hyatt again, their staff was COMPLETELY uninterested in the fact we had our tires stolen off of our rental car!(And they dropped the car on a concrete block, cost our insurance company over $3,000) The staff was laughing about how we were lucky, a car the week earlier had the entire dash ripped out and all the tires gone, cost over $5,000 in damage.
