4. The room rate that was given on the hotel website was suddenly 'no longer available' when my dad called to book the room.

5. The only "if" is that they charge you a daily rate if you have a car and want to park it in the Hotel's parking lot.

6. I`m not sure what the cost would have been if you had to pay separately, but it was definitely good value when it was included with our room rate.

7. The buffet breakfast was included in our room rate, although the check-in staff had failed to give us our breakfast vouchers when we checked-in - we later obtained them by enquiring about the breakfast because it`s not included with all room bookings.
