1. My room had carpet that was a bit warn, a leaky fixture in the tub, some obvious repair to the tile, and a toilet that was in need of a new flapper.

2. Paint was peeling off of the walls, the carpet had stains all over it, the bathroom floor had some kind of grime on it, the toilet had yellow rings around it, and the shower had black hairs on the wall in the tub.
