2. The first morning we were getting ready to start our day, I was still brushing my teeth, housekeeping knocked on our door, I opened it, and in she just walked right on in and started cleaning even though it was clear we were still in the process of getting dressed and showered.

5. oh and I forgot to mention that a few doors down a woman was screaming bloody murder and making a huge disturbance for well over an hour while some members of the staff including housekeeping just stood around the hallway.
