1. Clean rooms, a nice outdoor pool, and a big lobby/ restaurants are provided at very affordable rates.

3. The agent said it wasn't a problem, changed my reservation and then connected me to Red Lion central reservations, where I was informed the desk agent had cancelled my original reservation and the original rate was no longer available, even for the first night.

4. I complained up the chain, and was eventually telephoned by the front desk manager who changed the rate for both nights back to my original rate.

5. Aug 29, 2011 My wife and I have stayed at this hotel almost every weekend for the past 9 months, quality and cleanliness have been going downhill at an alarming rate (elevators that don't work, ragged carpet, broken fixtures) but this did not deter us till now.

8. For the last few years this Red Lion has been our favorite for a nunber of reasons: close to the airport with a free shuttle; reliable, friendly service and resonalbe rates.
