1. They shuttled us both ways free of charge to the show we were there to see saving us the hassle of getting a cab or driving around the block trying to find a parking space.

4. the business center was somewhat functional during our stay--we loved being able to print our boarding passes free of charge!--but the health center, pool, restaurant, and other promised offerings were not yet available.

7. Check out is at 12.00 for late check-out they would charge 50% until 2 p.m. which is a little stiff, so don't plan on it.
